The course is for anyone looking to have a better understanding of what a Healthy relationship looks like, as opposed to an unhealthy relationship

Counselling Service
We provide a short-term counselling service which is available to any self-identifying women aged 18 and over.
It is for 8 weeks and is free of charge

Access to Toiletries
Our mission is to provide free toiletries to self-identifying women in the local area who are facing financial difficulties.

Register as a client
The first step to accessing our support and services is to register as a client.
You can do this by either:
registering online using our Self-Referral form
popping in during our ‘Advice & Registration’ times and registering in person, or
by calling us (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) on 01243 697800
Once you have registered, one of our friendly First Response team will be in touch to triage your situation so we can determine the urgency of your needs and the nature of help you require.
