The THRIVE Programme
Free coaching, courses and 1-to-1 support to help you grow, flourish and live positively
want to make a positive change in your life, but don’t know where to start?
Do you feel like you aren’t reaching your full potential because things keep getting in the way?
The Thrive Programme supports women into employment, a career change, education or volunteering.
There are three branches to the Thrive Programme:
Identifying and removing barriers to change
Building skills to live positively
Developing skills for and at work, education, training and volunteering
After initial coaching sessions, you can dip in and out of the programme, and approach it in any order – making it totally flexible and tailored to what you need.
If you aren’t sure where to start, if change doesn’t look possible, or you worry you’ll give up, we’re here to help you with that too.
We’ll be with you from your first step through the door to celebrating all your achievements along the way!
If you are struggling to progress with your journey back to work, confidence, motivation or self-belief, the Thrive Programme offers free coaching, courses, workshops and support to help you reach your goals.
