Counselling Service

My Sisters House provides a short-term counselling service which offers confidential counselling to self-identifying women aged 18 and over.

It is for 8 weeks and is free of charge.

About

Counselling at My Sisters’ House is provided in a safe, supportive environment in which you can discuss your concerns in confidence and work towards change.

It is delivered by experienced, qualified counsellors as well as student counsellors completing their placements with us.

Where & How

Our counselling service is available at both our Bognor and Chichester offices on an individual, face-to-face basis.

Online counselling via video call is also available.

What

  • Find a way of working through difficult issues

How to apply

If you feel counselling might benefit please complete our online self-referral form, selecting ‘Counselling’ from the drop-down menu.

Once a referral is received it is passed to our counselling coordinator who will contact you to complete a counselling assessment.

There is a waiting list and you will be advised of the expected wait time.
