  • Stronger Futures: Polish speakers

    Recovery support for Polish-speaking women who have been affected by Domestic Abuse.

    Mondays, 10am - 11.30am, Bognor

    Available for My Sisters’ House clients.

  • Tea and Chat

    Drop in to socialise in a safe space, chat with other women. Tea and chat is facilitated by our friendly volunteers and is all about socialising and reducing isolation.

    No need to book, all clients are welcome, and you can come and go at any time between 1 and 2.30pm.

    Mondays 1pm-2.30pm, Chichester

  • Woodland Wellbeing

    A wonderful way to boost your mood, connecting with people and nature at the same time in the beautiful woods of Kingley Vale.

    Fridays 10.30-2.30pm, lunch and transport provided

  • Craft Club

    Crafting, creativity and companionship.
