Habits 2 Happiness is an 8 week rolling course off mini work shops with no minimum attendance, allowing people to come as and when they feel.
The sessions are around 60 minutes starting with an informative tutorial followed by a short drinks break with the opportunity to make some new friends in a relaxed and welcoming environment, finishing off with an open discussion.
